Types of Talbot County Court Records
Talbot County court records are split by the court that made the record. The Circuit Court is the general trial court for felony criminal cases, major civil matters, divorce, family cases, juvenile matters, jury trials, and appeals from District Court or some agencies. The District Court handles landlord-tenant cases, replevin, small claims and other civil cases up to $30,000, traffic violations, misdemeanors, and certain felonies. Talbot County Court Records Access
Maryland has two access tracks that matter in Talbot County. Judicial records are governed by court-access rules, including Maryland Rule 16-903. Restricted Talbot County Court Records
